1 General Terms

The following general terms apply to all use of the uubb platform. These terms are binding on all members without exception.

• uubb operates as a fully legal and regulated online gaming platform.
• Only individuals aged 18 or above may create an account and play on this platform.
• Each person may open only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• uubb reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Verification

Opening an account on uubb is free and straightforward. However, all information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

• A valid mobile number and government-issued ID are required to register.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Keeping your account password secure is your own responsibility. Sharing your login credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
• Corporate or proxy accounts are not permitted — accounts may only be created for personal use.

3 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Uubb supports the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are secured via SSL encryption. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• Deposits are generally instant. In the event of a technical issue, processing may take up to 1 hour.
• Withdrawals are usually processed within 1–30 minutes. If KYC verification has not been completed, the first withdrawal may take longer.
• The same payment method must be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are clearly stated on the platform.
• If a transaction appears suspicious, uubb may request additional documentation for verification.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Uubb regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read before accepting. The general bonus policy is outlined below.

• Each bonus can only be withdrawn after its specific wagering requirement has been met.
• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registered members only and cannot be claimed more than once from the same device or IP address.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• Bonus balance and real balance are tracked separately.
• uubb reserves the right to void any bonus if abuse is suspected.

5 Gaming Policy & Fairness

• The use of bots, automated software, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited.
• If a technical error results in an incorrect game outcome, uubb reserves the right to void that round and issue a refund.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result will be determined based on the data recorded on the server.
• Any complaints regarding game rules or payouts must be reported to support within 72 hours.
• Game results are final and verifiable through server logs.

6 Responsible Gaming

• Each member can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Members have the option to temporarily suspend their account for a set period (Self-Exclusion).

• It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure minors do not access or use accounts on the platform.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Uubb reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• Violating any part of these terms and conditions.
• Registering an account using false or incomplete information.
• Attempting to abuse or fraudulently exploit bonuses.
• Engaging in harassment or abusive behavior toward other members.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal financial activity.

To close your account, please contact support. All pending bonuses will be forfeited, but your real balance will be returned.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Uubb is committed to protecting the personal information of all members. We never sell your data to third parties or share it without your authorization.
